YES, for Grand Award Contenders all costs from your nearest international airport are FULLY included (travel, accommodation, food), and we will help you with obtaining visas if needed.

How will Grand Award Contenders be selected?

To be selected among the Top Five Teams – THE GRAND AWARD CONTENDERS – there are two ways: (1) BY COMMUNITY VOTES. The Challenge:Future community votes for your team’s idea (title and video) with a ‘thumbs up’. The team with the highest community votes will automatically proceed to the Challenge:Future Summit 2012 to compete for the Grand Award. (2) BY JUDGES GRADING. Each submission will be evaluated on the basis of the expert judges’ grades. Top four teams by total grade (1-100) will advance to the Challenge:Future Summit 2012 to compete for the Grand Award.

When and how will I know if my team makes it to the finals?

The results will be announced on January 6, 2012. All participating teams will receive a notice about their team’s status.

When will the C:F Summit take place?

The C:F Summit will take place in March 2012. We will let you know more details as the time nears.

How can I attend the C:F Summit?

All Grand Award Contenders will have the chance to attend the C:F Summit in March 2012. Oh, and let’s not forget that your outstanding achievements as part of Action Teams, Chapters or top C:F member by Sparks will give you the opportunity to attend it as well!

What happens at the C:F Summit?

C:F Summit is a life-changing event connecting the most innovative youth, pioneering businesses, educators, policy leaders and other change makers in dialogue, reflection and action. The Grant Award Contenders will also get to present their solution in front of the Grand Judging Panel to compete for the Grand Award of EUR 20,000. How will the Grand Award Winner be selected?

The Grand Award Winner will be selected at the C:F Summit 2012 by a specially selected Grand Judging Panel consisting of prominent business representatives, experts, and C:F youth judge.
