Abstract
HRD has developed quickly, and as talent management has become another fashion, how to recruit talents and retain them has become a great mission for HR in actual life. What’s talent? For employers, talent refers to those who could make greater value than others for the company. So before talents create value for company, how can you judge the people sitting before you and accepting your interview are talented or not? Looking back on this, the main path is to review the matching between player and position through one-to-one interviews or group interviews. But can you believe what you get just from your eyes? Now interviewing is more like an entry exam for a student who wants to enter into a performance school. Thus many of them are equipped with a lot books that introduce the secrets of success in an interview__ what you should do or what you shouldn’t do. Then we will watch and view employers arranging a play floor for high-potentials to let them perform to the best of their ability learned from these “secret” books . What’s the result ? For companies, they have found that the “talents” they inspected during the EXAM with all their heart can’t meet their requirements; and for employees, they played hard in their work but can’t find fun or meaning, so they would leave for another job or to be “whatever”, careless employees. Employers have complained about their employee’s loyalty, and employees have murmured about their meaningless work life. Because they neglect “fun”, employers would like to choose people through education、work practice、gender、age and so on rather than value personal “interest”; more correctly they don’t believe or daren’t believe that inner “interest” contributes the most, maybe because of its invisibility. We value people’s inner “interest” a lot , so we have proposed our idea——“fun door”, an interesting selection system ,which values “interest” the most , or major factor . We believe that our project does not just offer an assessment system for our employers and employees, but can help change the pursuit of our future life to make people realize they need a fun and meaningful life, not just the pursuit of money\social status\popularity. It is a big revolution, as the entire society would change only if this criterion is changed. As a result, we have begun with our project.

Very interesting idea. Today, we realise how people just run for money, and most of them don't know how to enjoy in their work. With happy cooperation, both of them - employers and employees can benefit :) and business world should be changed in positive way!

Today we have a tradition to look at the people as at just a resource, as a mean of achieving desirable things. But it is completely wrong as all of us are unique, many-sided, and talented in different things. The desire of employers to have the job done and the desire of employees to have all needs to be satisfied are the essential components for success, and your solution can help for both sides to hear each other!

Every idea in this competition is meant for a noble cause..
And everyone is running blindly to get more accolades for their own idea.. We all are trying to gather and convince friends to vote for us..
But as a part of this competition, we ourselves should motivate eachother.. for a while we should keep the competition aside.. and we should look into all our felllow competitor's ideas.. and should encourage the idea they came up with for the noble cause..
