HRD developed fast, as talent management become another fashion, how to recruit talent and retain them become a great mission for HR in actual life. What’s talent? For employer, talent is who could make greater value than others for company. So before talents create value for company, how to judge the people sitting in front of you, is this interviewee interview is talent or not, that are all issues you need concern about. Look back on, the main path is to watch the matching between employees and position through one-to-one interview or group interview. But could you believe what you get just from your eyes, now interview is more like an entry exam for a student want to enter into an performance school.Thus many of them equip them with the secret introduced in many books about how to success in your interview. All these led to bad instance. For companies, they found “talents” they inspect during the EXAM with all their heart can’t meet their requirement ; and for employee, they played hard in their work but can’t find little fun or meaningful , they would leave for another job or to be “whatever” employee. Employers complained their employee’s loyalty , and employee murmured their meaningless work life . Because they neglect “fun” , employer would like to choose people through education、work practice、gender、age and so on than to value personal “interest”, more correct they don’t believe or daren’t believe that inner “interest” contributes most maybe for its invisibility. We value people’s inner “interest” a lot , proposed our idea——“fun door”, an interesting select system ,which valued “interest” the most , or only. This project is not just offer an system for our employers and employee, but to change the pursuit of our future life to make people realize they need a fun and meaningful life not just for money\social status\popularity. It is a big revolution, entire society would change only if the criterion changed. And there is potential for any interested IT company to develop a relatively software according to our frameword and create and develop it into our real life.

great idea, your solution has a big perspective and i'd be definitely using it!
but how do you plan to bring it to life, as an app for personal use, a software that will be used by firms, or ..?

yeah ! Now we just use the vocational interest test as tool to understand ourselves , if employers couldn't concern the importance of "interest" and manage employees' "interest" , still can't offer a meaningful and fun job and environment to employees , we as employees have to do a job we don't like because of strict requirements from employers .

Then we will watch and view employers arranging a play floor for high-potentials to let them perform to the best of their ability learned from these “secret” books . What’s the result ? For companies, they have found that the “talents” they inspected during the EXAM with all their heart can’t meet their requirements; and for employees, they played hard in their work but can’t find fun or meaning, so they would leave for another job or to be “whatever”, careless employees. Employers have complained about their employee’s loyalty, and employees have murmured about their meaningless work life. Because they neglect “fun”, employers would like to choose people through education、work practice、gender、age and so on rather than value personal “interest”; more correctly they don’t believe or daren’t believe that inner “interest” contributes the most, maybe because of its invisibility. We value people’s inner “interest” a lot , so we have proposed our idea——“fun door”, an interesting selection system ,which values “interest” the most , or major factor . We believe that our project does not just offer an assessment system for our employers and employees, but can help change the pursuit of our future life to make people realize they need a fun and meaningful life, not just the pursuit of money\social status\popularity. It is a big revolution, as the entire society would change only if this criterion is changed. As a result, we have begun with our project.

Every idea in this competition is meant for a noble cause..
And everyone is running blindly to get more accolades for their own idea.. We all are trying to gather and convince friends to vote for us..
