Abstract
In that report we describe activities that we have done this fall for implementation the first steps of RHCB project. We made a database of enterprises with whom we can collaborate to provide incentives for volunteers. We corresponded with about 100 businesses and get four official letters finally. Our first business partners: Cocktail Travels (www.cocktail-tour.ru), Novoline (www.novoirk.ru), Parador Project (www.irkutskcitylodge.com) and Brigantina. Then we made a database of charities to help whom is the prime goal of our project. We made the modeling of web-site and asked professional web agency to estimate it. We provided budgeting and forecasts of our project: Net Present Value will be equal to 120,913 USD, Internal Rate of Return 58% after about 3 years. If we are chosen as winners, we will be looking for an investor who can provide 12,277 USD for RHCB project. If we don’t win the grand prize of Challenge Future work we will be glad to discuss all the details of partnership with an investor who can provide 39,277 USD in total during first three years.

yes.... this is one of the best project... yeah I wish I could read before you.... Listen guys this is something which i yelled for the last months..... :) these guys have entrepenruship skills... world talks money.,.. its a bitter reality fact, no matter how good and saint you are... investor provider need money.... EVEN YOU NEED MONEY TO SUSTAIN your project.... I love this project... and as far as presentation is concerened its awesoum.... :) awesoum Olga :)
